Request Accreditation

To get Accredited from Six Sigma Foundation you need to request Self-Evaluation Kit to start with the initial accreditation stage. Once we send you the kit, please complete the due process and revert back to our email-id “info@sixsigmafoundation.org” within 7 days to start the process. Please provide some basic details about your Organization/Training-Institute to proceed.
